neon defaults to using the deb package(s) provided by mozilla rather than the
snap package disguised as a deb from ubuntu. people wishing for a snap can
install the firefox snap. mozilla provides lang file in the firefox-l10n-*
format. so firefox-l10n-de is the package you wish to install
