SUMMARY
Since the last Kate update, the navigation bar above the edit box no longer
allows opening sibling documents
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a text file which has other files in the same directory
2. Click the file's name in the address bar above
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
File list menu opens
