SUMMARY
For example, when switching branches, the editor loses syntax highlighting and
code completion. It doesn't recover until the file is closed and reopened.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a bunch of C++ files
2. Switch git branch
OBSERVED RESULT
Editor turns into Kate without LSP
EXPECTED RESULT
Reparse and reapply highlight/code-completion on the fly
