Bug ID: 505157 Summary: KDE Connect Connection Problem Cannot Pair Devices Classification: Applications Product: kdeconnect Version First 25.04.1 Reported In: Platform: Neon OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: common Assignee: albertv...@gmail.com Reporter: timurmu...@duck.com CC: andrew.g.r.hol...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Hello authorities, I have been actively using KDE Neon for about seven months and have regularly used the KDE Connect application during this time. However, for the last few weeks I have been experiencing serious problems connecting my devices. Although I managed to connect temporarily a few days ago, as of today I am unfortunately unable to pair my devices again. I have made many different checks and attempts to solve this problem, and so far I have not detected any problems or deficiencies. Here are some of the attempts I have made: 1. I have checked the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings of the KDE Connect application on both my computer and my phone in detail. 2. I have tried restarting the applications on both devices more than once. 3. I have checked the version updates of the applications to make sure there are no deficiencies. 4. I have even reinstalled the applications to fix the problem. Despite the steps above, I do not receive any error messages and I do not think there is an important setting that I have overlooked. This problem seems to affect the stability of KDE Connect. I request that the necessary error checks be made on this issue and the problem be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your help. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
