--- Comment #11 from John Kizer <john.ki...@proton.me> --- Ah - it *sounds* like the application you're using to access an Open/Save dialog uses the GTK/GNOME dialogs, rather than the desktop environment native dialogs - ones like Firefox and Thunderbird seem to use the GTK ones by default.
