STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. I open System settings, then select Keyboard, Hotkeys. 2. I select Power Management, then select the Turn off monitor option and set the desired key combination. 3. I click Apply, then try to use this key combination to turn off the monitor. OBSERVED RESULT The monitor turns off for only a couple of seconds and then turns on again... EXPECTED RESULT The monitor should turn off after pressing the specified hot keys and should turn on from the keyboard or mouse usage... Both computers have the same version of OpenSUSE installed.
