I think I have found the root cause, setting the minimum width and height to 0
in the kwinrules causes this bug otherwise it's fine, it used to work fine
before 6.3, so it's a regression, but not an important one as it's a niche use
case only required by Krohnkite (an automatic tiling script), so I will marks
this as resolved.
