Hide "Bad oldset address" warnings when -q (quiet) flag is set
When valgrind is run with -q, messages like "Warning: Bad oldset
address 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF in sigprocmask" be hidden.
Reproducer: TESTS=rt_sigprocmask02 make ltpchecks
