SUMMARY
Media player's OSD can be drawn below opther applications' menus
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I found this bug in intellij idea when I changed the music volume with
intellij's completion menu in the center of the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
Intellij's menu is drawn on top of the OSD
EXPECTED RESULT
OSD is always on top of everything
