Shortened log files showing both tasks at fault

I think I'm having the same issue on Kubuntu 25.04. Whenever I manually sleep
my laptop, the screen goes black aside from the cursor (sometimes the login
screen starts to fade in) and it locks up requiring a hard reboot.
Something I have noticed is that some times in the logs, instead of
'QQuickPixmapRea' being blamed, it points to "kscreenlocker_g".

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS:
Distro: Kubuntu 25.04
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0
Qt Version: 6.8.3
Kernel Version: 6.14.0-15-generic (64-bit)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Occurs with Secure boot both on and off
If I wait for it to suspend automatically, it works fine
