monitor
SUMMARY
If you have the widget in the panel, and resize the popup to cross another
monitor, then the popup will stop displaying anything properly
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a fifteen widget in your panel
2. Activate the widget
3. Resize the popup until it crosses another monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Popup will loose content. Trying to reactivate the widget still will show no
content unless manually resized again
EXPECTED RESULT
Popup should display its content while it's stretched over the monitors
