if is something we want to make explicit for the user it would need to be
exposed somewhere else anyways, like in thee kcm or something.
What's important, is that the feature is implemented in plasmashell aalready,
as a DBus interface, so whatever UI exposes it, would just need to use such api
(maybe not "just that", but a big part of the work is there, in
plasma-workspace already) with not that much else to implement
