I can reproduce on my Fedora KDE 42 device. The initial load appears to be in
order - it looks like it's subsequent queries, either for a new sort order or
scrolling further down the list, that return out-of-order results. Looks like a
recurrence of at least the symptoms of
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=384032
