SUMMARY
When opening the Kickoff menu and clicking on "All Applications", the menu
might sometimes blank out and show nothing, rather than actually show all apps,
with the all applications category only loading after other categories are
clicked on. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Kickoff
2. Select All Applications
3. Witness the nothingness 

OBSERVED RESULT
Awkwardly blank Kickoff

EXPECTED RESULT
All my applications are shown

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Maybe this could be a power management blunder? due to the way tuned-ppd
handles intel chips, using a different method of downclocking that chokes
desktop performance, though I've seen this on moments where I was running on
the performance profile with high gpu utilization (ie, running a game). I can't
consistently recreate this though, will attach a video and/or photo when I can.
