Bug ID: 504826
Summary: [Feature request] Ability to add multiple files to
Haruna at the same time either by dragging and
dropping or through the playlist
Classification: Applications
Product: Haruna
Version First 1.4.0
Reported In:
Platform: Flatpak
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: generic
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
Feature request:
- Allow the user to add multiple files to Haruna at once:
There are three possible ways to do this:
Method 1: Select the files from the file explorer (e.g. dolphin) right click on
them and select "open with: Haruna" this method works fine, multiple files will
be added to the playlist each time. ✅
Method 2: Select multiple files from the file explorer and drag them into
Haruna / Haruna playlist. Currently this doesn't work. If there are already
files in the playlist, attempting to drag and drop multiple files (or even a
single file) will clear the entire playlist and only add a single file from the
multiple files that you had originally selected.
Method 3: Click on "+ Add... file" from the top of the playlist (or from the
File Menu "Open File") This only allows you to add a single file at a time and
you cannot add folders this way either.
It would be great if Methods 2 & 3 had the ability to add multiple files (or
folders) at once without clearing the entire playlist.
