It's a bit hard to tell, but it looks like you might have shadows turned off on
your Window Decorations - if that is the case, then on the off chance that this
is related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=500185 , could you please
try setting shadows to the Breeze defaults and seeing if the issue remains?
