No, the "Limit automatic keyframes options" is designed to limit the number of
keyframes created per second when moving the transform rect while playing. If
you want to disable automatic keyframes, you must add a transform effect to a
clip, then go in the right edge of the monitor to show the toolbar. In this
thoolbar, you will see an icon "Automatic keyframes" just above the zoom icons.
Uncheck it to disable automatic keyframes
