--- Comment #3 from Nate Graham <n...@kde.org> --- The same reason all the other clicking-related settings on that page aren't there: because they apply to both mice and touchpads, so they would have to be duplicated across both despite being global in scope, which isn't ideal. In the future when we have a combined "Mouse & Touchpad" page, we'll be able to move all the global-scope options there.
