SUMMARY
After first install of 8.6.0 digikam show a splash screen for about 3 seconds
and then crashes 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install windows update to newest version, update drivers etc. 
2. install digikam 
3. launch first time post install 

OBSERVED RESULT
Shows start up screen dose not launch program 

EXPECTED RESULT
start program and show configuration screen.

Windows: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19045 Build 19045
