The NeoChat's global menu compared to an other app global menu (dolphin in this
case)

SUMMARY
Thanks to global menu and an applet that show the software name, I managed to
make a OS X like top panel. However, NeoChat do have his name within his menu
bar making the name displayed twice.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure a top panel in plasma with a global menu.
2. Add an applet that display the name of the current software at the left of
the global menu (I used https://store.kde.org/p/2135509).
3. Open NeoChat.

OBSERVED RESULT
The NeoChat's global menu show his name doubling it in the top panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
The global menu should start with "File" instead of "NeoChat".
