Comparison with other popular programs in the field.

I think it would be a good idea to unify the "Scanning" and "Field order"
options into a single one.

The drop-down menu of this unified setting (which could still be called
"Scanning") would have the following options: Progressive / Top field first /
Bottom field first.

This would:
- Visually simplify the Properties panel.
- Avoid potential incoherence (like activating "Progressive" for scanning and
one of the "Field order" states).
- Allow user to achieve the same with less clicks (just 2 vs. current 4).
- Use a more standardized way of handling the scanning settings, in line with
what other editing programs do.

(Attached image, showing how this is handled in other video editing programs)

Thanks for listening!
