STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. play a video in full screen mode
2. while the video plays, take a screenshot with Spectacle by pressing
shift+printscreen
3. wait 10 seconds and then leave the full screen video (Plasma notifies about
unread notifications)
4. click on the notification applet in the system tray - now the applet hides
itself, indicating that there is no unread notification
5. play a video in full screen again
6. leave the full screen video
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma unexpectedly notifies about nonexistent unread notifications
EXPECTED RESULT
no notification
