  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

For some measurements, the Y scale can have a very large variation. For
example, the network rates in B/s can vary from a few bytes per second to a
gigabyte per second. When using automatic scale, it's not possible to know at a
glance whether the bandwidth is currently high or not, as the graph always
looks the same, so it is necessary to read the current scale. When using manual
scale with any high value, the graph bottoms out to 0 if any normal usage.

Instead, I would like to have the ability to set the Y scale to be exponential.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a line chart using the download rate (or any other sensor with a very
wide data range)

PREFERRED RESULT

The addition of a new toggle in the 'Data ranges' settings called "Exponential
Y data range".
