When creating LUKS partition on usb pendrive and check option - access for all
- it is not set.
Encrypted partition is created but non root user can't write to it.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attach pendrive
2. Create new partition, check options LUKS and access for all
3. continue to successfull finish
4. mount new partition and try to write to it as non root user

OBSERVED RESULT
non root user can't write to LUKS partition

EXPECTED RESULT
Non root user can write to LUKS partition
