I usually start with two desktops, then I create a few more as needed; when I'm done with them, I delete the extra desktops until there's only two again. On desktop 2, I open the Steam window and the Transmission torrent client — applications I don't need to see all the time — and leave desktop 1 for the essential tasks (browser, mail, etc). I switch apps using a hot-corner (Screen Edge) that opens the Overview, just like GNOME — I like that workflow, but wanted to try KDE anyway. I just expected Rows would keep the value I set, regardless of how many virtual desktops are present. But at least now I know a workaround — always keep two or more virtual desktops — and I can live with that. When I login, the virtual desktops from the previous session are restored. I'm changing status to CONFIRMED, since you were able to reproduce. Thanks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
