Thanks. Very strange indeed.
If you switch to the software rendering (for testing purposes only!) in the
"Plasma Renderer" config window and then restart plasmashell with `systemctl
restart --user plasma-plasmashell.service`, does the issue stop happening?
You can get to the "Plasma Renderer" config window by searching for "renderer"
in KRunner or Kickoff.
