I also noticed that a similar problem appears when I use KDE Connect for the same Windows system. Specifically, when KDE Connect is active, it has an icon that appears in the notification area of the taskbar. When I right-click that icon, the context menu that appears also has this same color-scheme problem appears...it is a white context menu background with white text. The user interface of the program itself is fine, though...that seems to work with the Windows dark theme just fine. Sooo...maybe some of the KDE windows apps have fixed interface colors that don't automatically adapt to Windows' theme changes?
