A video recording of the bug

SUMMARY
Night light resizes open windows when transitioning between night and day
temperatures. this only happens on Wayland, not on Xorg.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some windows open on screen
2. Have night light feature turned on or turn it on/off manually

OBSERVED RESULT
The open windows will slowly grow in height from the bottom side as long as the
night light transition animation is going on.

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows should keep its size regardless of the night light state.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've attached the video recording of the bug. Note that the windows is growing
by itself, I'm not touching anything except for the night light applet in the
system tray.
