I'm attempting to replicate this again right now, although I've tried in the
last month or so and not seen the problem. I have a system similar to a few of
the people experiencing the bug. It's a Dell XPS with an Intel iGPU and nVidia
dGPU plugged into a dock. There are two monitors connected to the dock, one
over DP and the other over HDMI. I unplugged the HDMI cable and plugged it back
in, since that's triggered the bug for at least one person.
