SUMMARY
system settings touchpad kcm can't find touchpad on plasma x11 - I have to use
xinput to configure it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgraded for fedora 40 to fedora 41
2. open system settings to turn off touchpad because I use a mouse.
3.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is a dell synaptic touchpad. xinput sees it but fn key combination no longer
functions.
