STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the network config kcm
2. Attempt to delete a known connection
OBSERVED RESULT
The confirmation dialog opens: It has an redundant inner frame and its
confirmation buttons are flat w/o any hover effect, making it fully
inconsistent with the rest of the system.
