Javascript is an operational requirement for accessing websites on KDE.org, in
particular for sites which accept user generated content as Techbase does.
Our websites come under hourly attack from spammers, a chunk of which Incapsula
filters out.
The lack of Javascript support, referrer header, and a custom user agent makes
you appear highly unusual to Incapsula, which is why you will have been flagged
for additional checks. These additional checks are dependent on Javascript
support and may require you to complete a CAPTCHA.
