SUMMARY
Application Launcher crashes when using scroll wheel on a scrollable area.
Workaround: use left mouse button to drag scroll bar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application launcher
2. Find a scrollable panel
3. Scroll using the scroll wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
plasmashell crashes and restarts
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel's contents should scroll
