@nicofee ported drkonqi-pk-debug-installer to a new qt6 based version and this
been rolled out to all editions.
also since nowadays we export the envvar DEBUGINFOD_URLS prepopulated with
https://debuginfod.neon.kde.org/ https://debuginfod.ubuntu.com/ in
neon-settings-2, there is need to pass the build flag
DEBUG_REPO_APPSTREAM_IDS="org.kde.neon.com.ubuntu.ddebs" which was causing the
app to crash.
