Try to run the program `kdevelop!` (with an exclamation mark) in a standalone
terminal emulator. Check whether an executable named 'kdevelop!' exists
alongside your 'kdevelop' executable (most likely in /usr/bin/). If the
`kdevelop!` program is unavailable, this is either a packaging error or you
have installed a wrong KDevelop package.
