Hi - I can't reproduce on my Fedora KDE 42 device.
Can you please check System Settings > Default Applications > File
Associations, search for "xhtml" and check what is first in the Application
Preference Order for an XHTML page? Is it the primary default browser, the one
that opens when called by the Open in External Application choice, or something
else?
