Just wanted to chime in with a report that I never had this kind of problem
before.
Telegram tray icon was always colorful. But now it is monochrome (since a
recent-ish upgrade).
I use Breeze Twilight global theme and Breeze Dark icon theme. My panel has
dark background.
I have Icons-and-Text Task Manager in the panel.
Telegram has a correct (white, on transparent?) icon in the task manager.
But the tray icon is black, it is barely visible against the background.
