Screenshot of error message

I regularly switch between two users:
User 1 has a wifi network configured (access NOT for all users)
Switching to user 2: No issue at first glance (network is available)
Switching forth and back.
Leave session for user 2 open for a longer period (default screensaver time)
Network is suddenly gone. Need to switch back to user one and see a pop-up
'System-settings prevent the change of own network settings' (something like
that) and asking for root-password. See attachment

I dont think that should happen

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20250503
