What i did to reproduce
Wayland Session
- change Display setting from 4k with 225% scaling to fullHD with 100%
- work on some stuff
- set the display settings back to 4k with 225% scaling
- try to use the "Start Menu" to see the problem appearing
- disabled top-left hot corner to see if this helps
- try to use the "Start Menu" to see the problem still appearing so not related
with hot corner but rather some miscalculation after scale/ resolution change
