[krita] [Bug 503866] Krita wont allow me to export my drawings in file types other than .kra. it also wont allow me to import refences in certain file types, such as .png, .jpeg, or .jpg

This must be a local problem. Maybe a virus scanner has removed some plugins,
or something else prevents them from loading (even though even .kra is
implemented as aplugin), but it's not something that happens for anyone else,
nor something we can fix. Please try to reinstall or use the portable zip file
version of Krita.
