SUMMARY
As the title. When caps lock is enabled, pressing backspace or delete in Kate
or Kwrite does absolutely nothing
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate or Kwrite
2. Enable Capslock
3. Enter some text
4. Press Backspace
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Text is deleted
