            Bug ID: 503844
Summary: Can’t use keyframes when turning “use effect zone” on,
for any effect that has the keyframes ability.
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdenlive
           Version: 24.12.2
          Platform: Microsoft Windows
                OS: Microsoft Windows
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Video Effects & Transitions
          Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org
          Reporter: muas2...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
If I use “use effect zone” on any effect that has the ability to set keyframes,
I can’t move the keyframe timeline thing to farther than a specific amount of
time, or do anything with keyframes. I can use the keyframes normally, but only
BEFORE clicking on “use effect zone”, but after that I can’t edit the keyframes
or do anything else after that limit.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In edit mode, have an image or video in the timeline
2. Apply any effect that has the ability to use keyframes (for example, Alpha
shapes)
3. Click on "use effect zone" in the effect's setting (in the
Effect/Composition Stack window)
4. Try to drag around the play head (little white thingy) in the effect's
timeline

OBSERVED RESULT
The play head in the effect's timeline only goes up to 2.59 (for me), and there
are other issues if trying to add and use the keyframes.

EXPECTED RESULT
The play head in the effect's timeline should be able to go across the whole
clip.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 11 Home 23H2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I didn't try all the effects, only with some of them.
