Bug ID: 503809 Summary: System Monitor sensor desktop widget is not cloned correctly when put into a panel initially Classification: Applications Product: plasma-systemmonitor Version: 6.3.5 Platform: Arch Linux OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: ksysguard-b...@kde.org Reporter: daforl...@gmail.com CC: ahiems...@heimr.nl, plasma-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY I have system monitor sensor pie charts in my taskbar panel. When I need to sync them across my screens, I use the new "clone panel" feature. However, this doesn't seem to replicate the said widgets correctly. They show up as blank until I enter their individual widget configuration settings and click "OK" again. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click a system monitor sensor chart (in my case, a pie chart) in system monitor and select "Add chart as desktop widget" 2. Enter panel edit mode and drag the widgets from the desktop into a panel 3. Clone the panel OBSERVED RESULT The charts are initially empty, showing only a blank circle with no label. EXPECTED RESULT It should show a partially filled circle, with a label according to what it originally was.
