SUMMARY
Cannot open "Toggle Tiles Editor". Pressing keyboard shortcut for "Toggle Tiles
Editor" does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Verify that Meta+Q opens activity switcher (this is to make sure I can use
the Meta key)
2. Press Meta+T.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. Letter "t" (or "T") is entered in a text input, if one is
focused.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should open the Tiles Editor.
