Sorry, I have no idea how to find out the KDE/Plasma Version.

Yes, there was no other chance than pressing the on/off button for about 5
seconds.
But what I found out in between is: This problem only occurs after I used the
option "store session" or whatever the name is in English. After pressing this
I was able to continue working but not able to logoff or shutdown on the normal
way.
