Maybe a month or so. So looking at the releases i believe previous version was affected too. 3) I'm on 4k but don't use any scaling. That's actually one of the reasons I'm still on Xorg. KDE on X still has a possibility to change font dpi. That doesn't result into applications thinking that they are running under different resolution and blurry fonts and so on.
