As mentioned in the header, I'm running KDE Plasma 5.27.12 and the issue has
reappeared with the last updates I installed.
I'm not entirely sure what caused the issue. The locale in question causing the
problem is `en_CH.UTF-8`. I didn't have any issues with it up until before the
last system update but now I'm getting the following warning:
