In Kdenlive 25.04.0 on Windows 10, custom effects appear after import and work
correctly,
but once the application is closed and reopened, the effects are gone.
The .kdenliveeffect files remain in the correct folder
(AppData\Local\kdenlive\effect-templates), but Kdenlive does not reload them on
startup.
also happens with the portable version and the previous version
kdenlive-24.08.0
