This bug seems to be back in Plasma 6.3. Normally the Alt shortcut for shutdown
is Alt+H but yesterday I noticed it was Alt+T and then Alt+U and then today
it's also been Alt+D and Alt+W and now back to Alt+H. There was also a thread
on KDE discuss about this bug:
