While it's possible to add each folder individually as a collection, that's not how collections were intended. Why not just add "C:\Users\Tony\Pictures"? That would include all subfolders. Does digiKam mention hidden files in the status bar at the bottom of the folder where 103 files are supposed to be? Is it possible that the missing files do not have the correct file extension?
